"The 2023 Sylvaner is from 70-year-old vines in the Clos des Capucins. It smells of wet pebble, pear and hay. The palate is bone-dry and just so young, with an edge of lemon. This will be much smoother with just a year or two of bottle age. The 2023 is beautifully dense and ample but fresh. (Bone-dry)."

"Our Sylvaner seduces with its herbal aromas of freshly mown grass and alum stone. Crisp, well structured, full-bodied, and perfectly balanced, thanks to a juicy character and a ripe acidity. Lovely harmony and pure finish brought by a mineral freshness."
