"The harvest started 21 September. This is a very fine, precise Chablis showing good density, crystalline citrus notes on the palate, a lick of minerality to finish. The Louis Michel philosophy of aiming to express all the terroir influence is very well shown here." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"This Chablis reveals white fruit notes such as peach, and has a persistent mineral structure. In the mouth, a stony sensation typical of Chablis makes this a round and pure wine."
