Strawberry, watermelon candy and orange peel notes with a slightly savory finish. A delightful palate cleanser that will continue to stimulate the appetite." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"A delicate, ethereal, and perfumed nose of rose water, blood orange zest, white peach, pink peppercorn and rhubarb lay on top of juicy acidity and a “clouds-in-your-mouth” like weightlessness and roundness."
