"We set the stage to bring forward the purest expression of this incredible fruit by using native, spontaneous fermentation followed by 11 months aged sur lie in neutral oak barrels with regular battonage. Notes of Meyer lemon curd, green apple, honeysuckle, and chalk combined with mouthwatering acidity keep this wine bright and luxurious. The 2021 Chardonnay pairs well with anything from seafood to comfort food; drink this one with fried chicken and french fries…you’ll thank us!"
