Winemaker Notes: 

"In 2021 I was once again rewarded for following the advice of my favorite producer of Chenin blanc: ‘When you think it is ripe, wait longer.’ On October 20 we harvested all our Chenin blanc in two passes. All the nonbotrytised fruit went in one press load for the Hope Well Chenin Blanc. The botrytised fruit became the Hunter’s Moon Chenin Blanc. They are two very different expression of energy and tension, brought to ripe perfection."
