"The 2021 Bourgogne Aligote Dore Press Verticale contains a little more oak than the regular cuvee (50%).  It has a tightly knit bouquet with grapefruit, fresh lychee and honeysuckle notes that are a little more intense in style.  The palate is well-balanced with a fine bead of acidity.  A little oak will need to be subsumed in time, but there is clearly sufficient fruit to do that.  Excellent." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"The nose develops a intense and aromatic palette of grapefruit, lychee and honeysuckle. The mouth is precise and deep, with a nice mineral freshness. A gastronomy Aligoté to enjoy with seafood, smoked salmon, dry and mature goat cheese."
