"Direct and salty, great citrus tones and minerality – very similar to the Pinot Blanc but even more linear and incisive – perhaps less finesse but more cut and energy.  Note that all the “Pur” labels are drawn by the brothers’ grandmother (Oma in German); really “natty wine” Oma’s boys."
