"Black ruby color with heady aromas of purple blossoms, blue fruit, green peppercorn and cured meat, a classic example of cool-climate Syrah. With time in glass, the small amount of Viognier in the blend pops with perfumes of peach flower and white spice. This 2-acre site is consistently a duality of depth and raciness, texture and acidity, fresh and intensely spiced with mouth coating flavors and lively acidity.
