Michel-Henri and Françoise Ratte select grapes from some of the finest Arbois terroir; hand-harvesting, destemming, and then using natural fermentation prior to aging in old Burgundy barrels. Lively blackberry, raspberry, notes of floral and a hint of spice introduce this acclaimed vin."
