Winemaker Notes: 

"Soft citrus blossom, lemon curd, and a beautiful mid palate texture or fresh cream (like creme fraiche), with a lingering fresh finish. Winemaking notes: Hand harvested, whole cluster pressed. Settled in tank for 24 hours, then fermented in 45% New French oak, aged on lees 10 months, 100% malolactic fermentation."
