Winemaker Notes: 

"The 2018 is a tightly focused, anise, and flora driven Syrah, with impeccable color.  Nose opens with florals including violets and lavender with hints of graphite and char.  Alder’s signature brightness is evident from the first sip.  Bursting with dark summer fruits, first of the year wild black berry with a spicy back end.  The whole cluster fermentation adds to the fine peppery notes but also the florals.  Walk away from this wine for 20 mins you will come back to whole new experience."
