"Intense ruby red in color with purple highlights. Distinctive aromas of rose, violet, myrtle, and cinnamon. Fresh and fruity on the palate, dry and velvety with balsamic notes, medium-bodied with good acidity and pleasantly tannic. Serve at around 18°C with rich first courses,
roasted white meats, cured meats, grilled meats, or fish soups."
