"The first EVER Bonifacia wine. Hand harvested on 9/7 and aged in partial new oak for 20 months. 85+ year old head trained vines 100% dry farmed. Unfiltered and delicious.  Aromatics of cinnamon toast and cooked plum combined with a juicy smooth finish on the palate that continues. Great to pair with BBQ and elevate your summer dinners in the backyard - feel free to age this or drink now."
