"Don Pilar grows his agave on five private ranches in the Highlands of Jalisco near the town of San José de Gracia. Aged for 6 months the distinctive golden color and buttery, oak aroma of Don Pilar's Añejo comes as a result of aging his tequila in virgin American White Oak barrels, notes of citrus, baked agave and a subtle sense of oak."
