"The 2020 Pinot Blanc La Encantada Vineyard is juicy and vibrant, with plenty of green apple and citrus notes as well as medium-bodied richness on the palate. With vibrant acidity, a supple, nicely textured mouthfeel, and a great finish, it would be a dream with oysters. I would drink it in its youth, but I suspect it will have an interesting evolution as well."
