"Aromas of caramelized pineapple, biscuit, and caramel serve as the starting point of this energetic 90-proof spirit, which is barrel-aged for at least four years. High-toned stone fruit glides across the palate with white-peppered Granny Smith apples in brown butter. Stony minerality leads a honeyed parade of white and yellow floral notes on the finish."

"Mild oak and vanilla aromas lead the nose. The robust palate opens with a dusting of cocoa. Adding water transforms that into milk chocolate and vanilla richness. Each sip exits with black pepper and a lemony zing. Aged at least four years."

"Named for the 14th tallest tree on the planet, Pipe Dream is our first Bourbon whiskey. Pipe Dream Bourbon is made from barrels aged between four and twelve years with a high corn mash bill. Smooth and complex, it is a true sipping whiskey." 

Nose: "Powerful nose with sweet maple, vanilla, and a hint of honey." 

Palate: "Rich, deep and complex with roasted pecan, vanilla, and lingering char and woody notes. Smooth with a hint of black pepper on the finish."
