"Crisp green apple notes on the nose, the palate is lively with fine bubbles and such juicy apple flavours - crisp green and bruised red giving a wonderful impact on the palate with bright lemon coming in on the finish. Clean and clear, this is refreshing and a crowd pleaser."

"This sparkling wine from the village of Southern France offers exceptional value. Its taste and label may even resemble Champagne, but the price is much more affordable. Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Mauzac, Chenin Blanc, and Pinot Noir, this wine boasts notes of lees, red and green apples, citrus, and cream. Hailing from the city of Limoux in Languedoc, this Crémant de Limoux is aged for at least a year on the lees according to AOC regulations."
