"Set within one of Sonoma Valley's most prized AVA's, our 2021 Moon Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the iron-rich soil it comes from with dominating layers of dark fruit and aromas of plum, fig and cassis.  Inky dark cherry red to violet in color, this wine shows precision with dry, dusty tannins, but finishes with a honeyed sweetness of licorice and candied cherries on the back end."
