Winemaker Notes:

"The aroma of this wine shows blackberry, graphite and coco hulls.  The palate is tart with flavors of coco nib, rhubarb, black cherry tart, red plum and a hint of black pepper.  The fruit in this wine is from vines 35 years old.  The vines are head trained and on a south east facing slope." 

Alcohol: 14.3%
