"On the nose, mixed redwood forest, pine resin, with a coastal character of salt air, red delicious apple skins, blackberry, and porcini mushrooms. On the palate candied cherries, pomegranate, blood orange peel and cranberry. Mid-palate, nutmeg and cinnamon, frame out the mineral driven finish. Plenty of tannin for age worthiness, drink over the next five years. 12 months elevage."
