Winemaker Notes: 

"The Sonoma Bench Pinot Noir is a concentrated mélange of dark cherry and raspberry with hints of mushrooms and layers of French Oak. The fruit was harvested from vineyards in the Russian River Valley in the area surrounding Sebastopol. In this area the soft rolling hills of the Russian River Valley combine with layers of yellow clay that limit productivity and concentrate this exceptional fruit." 

Pairing Suggestion: "Consider serving this fine Pinot Noir with rack of lamb grilled over smoking rosemary coals and line caught king salmon."
