"Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Certified organic farming (CCOF); volcanic gravelly clay loam soils, 25% whole cluster fermentation in stainless steel then transferred to to finish after 2 weeks to neutral barrel where the juice remained for 11 months before bottling, unfined/unfiltered, with minimal So2."
