Another Bottle Barn Barrel Select... Elijah Craig 8 Year Barrel Proof Bourbon. This one comes from their Schenley campus, warehouse MM. Bottled at 8 years with a proof of 123.6. This baby is sweet and delicious. An incredible nose of vanilla, carmel corn and burnt sugar. Smooth and sweet on the palatte, with just the right amount of lift from the higher proof. This is a very well developed bourbon. An absolutely pleasurable pour!
