2021 Murgo Brut Metodo Classico [V91]

"The 2021 Brut Metodo Classico, a varietal Nerello Mascalese, opens with a spicy blend of ground ginger and lime zest, accentuated by crushed stones. This is chiseled and firm on the palate, with a burst of zesty, saline-tinged bubbles and tart orchard fruits that slowly saturate. Sour melon hints resonate as the 2021 finishes long and spicy, leaving a citrusy concentration pinging the cheeks."  

Winemaker Notes: 

"The Murgo Brut Metodo Classico is straw yellow. On the nose, it is floral (chamomile, broom) with delicate sensations of hazelnut and bread crust. Hints of etna apple medlar, mint and balsamic herbs on the palate. It is mineral, fine, complex and persistent"
