"Floral aromas of broom, Mediterranean brush and white stone fruit emerge from the glass. Tangy and vibrant, the linear palate offers yellow apple, Meyer lemon and a savory mineral note suggesting saline alongside racy acidity." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"Pale yellow with bright greenish tints. Aromas are intense, delicate, and mildly fruity (apple). Dry, mineral with pleasant acidity, saline notes and a long finish.  Pair with fish and seafood."
