"Bright and focused, the 2020 Sauvignon Blanc is striking with a beautiful straw hue. The wine introduces itself with lime flower and green apple, combined with hints of sweet hay. Its multifaceted pallet brings bright flavors of yuzu and lemon zest leading into delicate white peach. Tropical flavors of starfruit and guava complement this wine’s mineral core, while crisp gooseberry refreshes the pallet with a lingering finish."
