"The fruit for our Sauvignon Blanc hail primarily from California’s coveted Central Coast vineyards, where cool ocean breezes ensure slow ripening, bright acidity and optimal flavor development.  Fermented and aged in stainless steel, this crisp, elegant Sauvignon Blanc shows distinctive aromas of fresh-cut grass, Meyer lemon and grapefruit.  Bright, mouthwatering flavors of ripe mango, citrus zest, guava and honeydew melon bring rich, vibrant flavors to the palate.  This wine’s finish is fresh, with mineral undertones and lingering notes of lively lime zest."
