"2021 was an especially good vintage across the board, and The Augur is no exception. This dry Riesling – Cobolorum's sister wine – is one of the most food-friendly wines we make. It's zesty, zippy and can pair with everything from sushi to sausages and choucroute (or Raclette, yum)! Drinking really well now, but will age for years."
