"There is a lot of dark-berry fruit on the nose of this bottling, alongside star anise and light clove spices. It's quite focused and rich on the palate, with strong dark-fruit flavors as well as dried herbs and a touch of clove."

"The Block 6 is another standout of the vintage. Dark, savory, and mineral driven, it possesses remarkable density and textural complexity. The flavors are dark and also vibrant in a wine that shows a more brooding side of Sanford & Benedict, that will reward those who can wait."
