"Made from 100% Colorado Rye and aged in new American oak barrels with a medium toast char #3. This whiskey embodies the distinct rye character with pronounced white pepper and citrus peel. It has a beautiful oaky vanilla on the palate and finish.  Grain forward, with fresh corn, spice, vanilla and buttered popcorn. A bit savory and hints of dried dill."
