Each year, the Winery Bock produces a boisterous, booming-out-of-the-glass pinot that achieves an elevated seriousness through a wonderful structure, balance and intensity.  It shows focused dark-berry liqueur blended with equal parts earthiness, savory dried rose petal and low-level mocha and spice aromas. They all hit at once. And wow, it'­s a knockout."
