"Aaron Smith is the former “Somm” of Marcello’s La Sirena Restaurant, Bass Player for Drunken War and Bartender/Cook from Rulloff’s Restaurant.  He rocked those jobs then moved to California and just had to make some wine; He’s a Taurus and leads with his stubborn ass heart. His favorite glasses are Jorgensen Glass, Schott Zwiesel and coffee mugs. He is terrified of Zalto but believes you should drink his wine out of your favorite glass.
