"Our agaves are 100% Blue Weber, harvested at a minimum age of 5 years, from both the lowlands and highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Our unique cooking method is to combine the old traditional way of cooking agaves in brick ovens and our stainless steel autoclaves for 32-36 hours. Hussong’s Reposado Tequila is aged for five months in used bourbon barrels to give it a complex flavor and delicate aroma. The flavor obtained from the aging process provides the perfect mix of citrus and toasted oak."
