Winemaker Notes: 

"Impressive aromas of wild blackberry preserves, Malabar black peppercorn, and Saigon cinnamon precede flavors of homemade black cherry pie, cassis, and vanilla bean. The silky and zesty finish lingers with notes of red currant, chocolate-covered blueberry, and toasted cedar. Perfect balanced spice and tannins make this the perfect pairing for a homemade beef Stroganoff or braised lamb shank ravioli with seared trumpet mushrooms."
