"‘Le Lucciole,’ or the fireflies, is winemaker Chiara Condello’s riserva Sangiovese wine, aged two years in older cask and bottle. Deeper and darker and more profound than her Predappio bottling, ‘Le Lucciole’ dazzles with its elegance and poise. A glorious wine to get lost in and one that will age with grace for a number of years.  Smooth and elegant; cool notes of red cherry fruit and blossom, earth, blond tobacco. Savory minerals and sea salt; tannins are fine-grained, and bright and ripe red fruits saturate the palate."
