"A particular success is the début 2019 Monthélie Rouge, a lovely wine that unwinds to reveal notes of raspberries, plums, orange rind, spices and peonies. Medium to full-bodied, deep and concentrated, it's tightly wound and mineral, with real intensity and cut. I sensed that Loïc was just as taken aback by how well this has turned out as I was. Four barrels were produced."
