Winemaker Notes: 

"Aromas of lavender and sage, light peppery spice. Flavors of black cherries, plums, baking spices.  A wonderfully textured and fresh red blend, crafted with similar grapes that the estate uses for its Les Baux de Provence Rouge, but with no added sulfates at any point in the winemaking process. Sulfates are an additive that acts as an antioxidant and antibacterial agent. The Cartier family believes if grapes are healthy and the winemaking careful, a winemaker doesn’t need to also add sulfates to the wine. The proof is in the bottle!"
