"Ripe yet delicate, the 2022 La Belle Endormie has real drive and a sense of energy.  Intense and pure fruit flavors of peach infuse the palate and remain lightweight despite their concentration.  By picking earlier than most, Agisson retains mouthwatering acidity.  There’s also an appetizing skin-like bitterness on the long finish alongside a subtle pasty note.  Only bottled two weeks before tasting, it will be released in January 2025."
