"This delicate non vintage sparkling Shiraz is made in the Charmat method.  A blend of Shiraz batches aged between 3 and 5 years old ensures consistency in style and quality. Each fruit parcel is matured separately in French oak barrels prior to blending with some younger vintage Shiraz which adds lush and juicy fruit characters and freshness to the palate."
