"Pretty nose of apricots, peaches, orange zest, shortbread and cream. Light-to medium-bodied with bright acidity and fine bubbles. Very fresh and balanced with a creamy, lemony and biscuity palate. Dry. 35% pinot noir, 35% chardonnay and 30% pinot meunier. 5g/l dosage." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"The nose is bright and youthfully complex, offering up scents of yellow stone fruits (apricots, peaches, yellow plums), fresh-baked bread and a touch of smokiness. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, crisp and focused, with zesty notes. Frothy mousse and very good length and grip on the still fairly primary finish."
