Winemaker Notes: 

"An ultra-fruity, addictive, gourmet and luscious Macvin, the ideal companion for late evenings and desserts.  Liqueur wine from two terroirs, half on Bojacien limestone and half on Lias clay. This Macvin is made with 1/3 Marc from Franche-Comté and 2/3 Chardonnay and Savagnin grape juice taken before fermentation. It is then aged for two years in barrels that have seen sevral wines. Bottled at the estate with very little sulphur."
