Winemaker Notes: 

"This year’s Remy Saves the Sea Rosé is an unlikely but delicious blend of Grenache, Malbec and a dash of Chenin Blanc. All of the fruit comes from sustainably farmed vineyards. The two red grapes were whole cluster crushed like we normally would do for our rosés and fermented in stainless steel, at cool temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatic lift. The Chenin Blanc was also fermented in stainless steel drums and as it was harvested very early, providing a nervy spine to the wine."
