Winemaker Notes: 

"Sourced from multiple vineyard sites we work with for our Pinot Noir program, the juice is gathered from the picking bins as the fruit comes into the winery. Gently pressed by its own weight during this short trip from the vineyard to the winery the juice sees very minimal skin contact. We then ferment in stainless steel using native yeast. Once dry we transfer to neutral French oak for a few months, then back to stainless prior to bottling.

2021 brought us fresh well balanced acidity and beautiful texture on the palate. Notes of wild, green strawberry, white peach with a refreshing grapefruit and pomegranate ending. Probably one of Justins best Rose produced!"
