Winemaker Notes: 

"The 2021 Rosé of Pinot Noir is from a vineyard in the Sonoma Coast appellation. It was harvested at 23° brix early in the morning and brought to the winery where it was loaded immediately into the press and then filled a variety of neutral French oak barrels. The juice was innoculated for fermentation and was not allowed to go through malo-lactic so the crisp acidity of the wine remained intact. The wine settled in barrel for 5 months before bottling. This Rosé is a medium pinky blush color in the glass and tastes of honeysuckle, lemon zest and strawberries.  Perfectly refreshing!"
