"Wonderfully vibrant pear fruit with notes of garden herbs and snow peas. Although this has wonderful juiciness on the palate, it is sleek, cool and very elegant. Minty freshness at the long, crystalline finish. A 100 % chardonnay that was matured on the lees in bottle for more than 33 months. Drink now."
Winemaker Notes:
"A bright golden color with a delicate mousse, our Blanc De Blancs has classic Chardonnay aromas of green apple, citrus and mineral notes combined with buttered toast and Tarte Tatin richness from extended lees ageing. This wine is a great accompaniment to seafood in general, but is perfect with freshly shucked oysters."
