Aromatically, the wine is enticing with fresh citrus and light cherry brightness contrasted against the savory and yeasty aromatics. These complex - yet subtle - aromatics lead into a graceful mouthfeel that elevate the wine’s rich texture.
Everything is balanced with a light dosage and bright acidity that snap into focus simultaneously. The wine is full flavored and the finish is crisp and lasting with a wonderful tickling-bubble sensation.
