"This well-priced wine has serious stuffing. With some old vine Pinot and half of it estate sourced, with two sites in the Eola-Amity, Yamhill Carlton and Merten Vineyard towards the coast, lots of 35-year-old fruit. The Tavola is a gateway wine to the Willamette Valley; it’s lovely, dark-fruited, and remains elegant and silken. Produced in the same approach as the top Ponzi wines, with less time in barrel and less new oak. An intentional approach to quality at a fantastic price. With fruit sourcing of this calibre, it's a can't-miss wine."

"A valley-wide blend of grapes that gives a vibrant, fresh and bright sense of red fruit, balanced by raspberries, black cherries and a rich texture on the palate. Light tannins, fresh acidity and a clean, balanced expression. Drink now." 

Winemaker Notes:

"Fresh red fruits of strawberry, cranberry and pie cherry tinged with notes of rose petal and peppercorn leap from the glass. The mouth has darker notes of cola, blackberry, salty licorice, and vanilla. The finish holds bright acidity framed by soft tannins and a hint of rhubarb jam to perfectly balance this lovely pure expression of Oregon Pinot Noir."
