"Pistols and petty coats. Pretty but packing. Great fruit, lingering finish." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"This rosé is beautifully pink, with notes of strawberries, melon, and floral aromas. The wine was made using the saignée method, collecting juice out of pinot noir. It was barrel fermented and left on the lees, only 50 cases were produced." 

Alcohol: 13.5%
