"White blossoms, mineral, fleshy flavors of pineapple and melon." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"Aromas and flavors of Lemon Curd, Green Apple, and Grapefruit with deep minerality and bright acidity dance on the palate.  Fifty percent of our old-vine Chenin Blanc was destemmed and soaked for two hours to extract complexity from the grape skins. The remaining 50% were pressed whole cluster. Both lots were then moved into 100% neutral French oak barrels for fermentation. The wine was then aged for six months before being gravity-fed to our bottling room."
