“The Chenin Blanc Jurassic Park is bright and effusive, with tons of varietal character that opens effortlessly. Dried pear, ginger, white flowers and mint all take shape. Tasted next to the more angular 2019, the 2020 has more body, texture and overall nuance.” 

Winemaker Notes: 

"This wine opens up with Jurassic’s signature mineral scented nose, followed by peach skin, candle wax and dried flowers. On the palate, an almost architectural streak of acidity adds poise and length to flavors of almond paste, dried herbs and peach all of which carry through to a long, complex finish in a light phenolic style."
